Custom loading & unloading conveyors, built to fit your site

Hydraulic Lift & Incline Conveyor

Hydraulic Lift & Incline Conveyor

Where there is no platform to bridge from, this line does the lifting itself: it takes cargo from ground level, raises it to working height and carries it up an incline into the trailer.

  • Lifts 40-95 cm
  • 3 m incline
  • Max working height 2.4 m
  • 3 model sizes

Overview

For ground-level loading without a loading dock.

Suits all vehicle body types below 17.5 m semi-trailers, and handles both light and heavy cargo.

This is the line for yards, temporary sites and buildings whose floor simply meets the ground. Instead of asking your crew to lift cargo up to a truck bed, the machine brings the conveyor up to the cargo and carries it in.

It is built around the vehicles that actually arrive on your site, and the height they arrive at.

Model sizes

Three base sizes cover the vehicle fleet below 17.5 m semi-trailers. Each pairs a hydraulic lift / incline section with a telescopic front roller line sized to how far the cargo must travel inside the body.

ParameterSpecification
SmallTrucks under 9.6 m (7.6 / 6.8 / 4.2 / 3.8 m); front 6 m roller line
Medium9.6 m and above - 20/40 ft containers, 13/14/15 m box or high-side; front 10 m line
Heavy9.6 m and above, incl. 17.5/18 m box or high-side; front 12 m line
Heavy (extended, custom)9.6 m and above; front 15 m roller line

Three sizes (small / medium / heavy) matched to vehicle type; front telescopic roller line up to 15 m (custom extended build).

How it works on the ground

  1. Position at the tailThe unit is brought to the rear of the truck on its mobile base, no pit or pit leveller required.
  2. Set the working heightThe platform lifts through the range between your ground level and the truck bed.
  3. Feed the inclineCargo rides the incline section up and transfers onto the telescopic front line.
  4. Reach into the bodyThe front roller line carries cargo to the stacking crew and retracts when the truck is full.
Hydraulic lift and incline conveyor loading a truck from ground level
Loading straight from yard level: no dock, no ramp, no manual lifting to bed height.
Crew operating a hydraulic conveyor during loading
The crew working the line: one feeding at ground level, one stacking inside the body.

Where it is used

Yards without a dock

Warehouses whose only loading face is theground: no capital rebuild, no civil works.

Mixed fleet sites

Operations receiving 4.2 m trucks and 17.5 m trailers at the same door.

Heavy and awkward loads

Sized for light and heavy cargo where lifting to bed height is the bottleneck.

Peak-season overflow

A relocatable line that can be moved to whichever building is under pressure.

Factory dispatch

Finished goods leaving directly from a production floor, straight onto trucks.

Export consolidation

Consolidation sheds where container stuffing happens away from a proper dock.

Configuration drawings

Each size has a reference drawing. They are the fastest way to check whether a model reaches where you need it to before we quote anything.

Small model CAD configuration - trucks under 9.6 m with 6 m roller line
Small: trucks under 9.6 m, short bodies in tight yards.
Medium model CAD configuration - 20/40 ft containers and 13-15 m trucks with 10 m roller line
Medium: 20/40 ft containers and 13-15 m bodies.
Heavy duty model CAD configuration - 17.5-18 m trailers with 12 m roller line
Heavy: 17.5/18 m bodies and the heaviest cargo.
Custom extended 15 m roller line CAD configuration
Extended custom build with a 15 m front roller line.

What we need from you

  • Ground-to-truck-bed height at your busiest vehicle
  • Longest body length you load, and whether it is box, curtain-side or high-side
  • Whether you also load 20 or 40 ft containers, and from ground or dock
  • Cargo type and the heaviest single piece
  • Yard surface condition where the unit will stand
  • Available parking space for the unit when not in use

Hydraulic conveyor FAQ

How high can it lift?

Platform lifts from ground level 40 cm to 95 cm; incline section 3 m; max working height 2.4 m.

Which model size do I need?

Three sizes (small / medium / heavy) matched to vehicle type; front telescopic roller line up to 15 m (custom extended build).

Which vehicles does it cover?

Suits all vehicle body types below 17.5 m semi-trailers, and handles both light and heavy cargo.

Do I need any civil works or a pit?
