Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
A custom conveyor is a large, site-specific machine, so there is no flat rate card here: the shipping method and timeline are confirmed per order. What we can do upfront is show you exactly how it gets from the factory to your floor.
- Method confirmed per order
- Export packing
- Sectional for long lines
- Drawn before dispatch
What to expect
Your conveyor is not a parcel. Depending on the line and its build, it may ship as one assembled unit or as several labelled sections, packed for export and loaded for whichever route gets it to you intact.
The two things every buyer wants (method and date) are handled differently here. Production lead time is a confirmed figure (Standard production lead time is 7–10 working days for roller lines and hydraulic lift conveyors, and 10–15 working days for telescopic belt conveyors. Custom builds typically take 10–15 working days (roller / hydraulic) or 15–25 working days (belt), depending on complexity. Counting starts the day after prepayment is received; lead time covers manufacture only and excludes transport time, which is quoted separately.); transport method and time are set per order against your destination and the equipment size, rather than quoted from a generic table. That avoids promising something your route cannot support.
Where we ship to
We ship to Europe (EU, EEA and the United Kingdom), to the United States, to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates) and to North Africa (Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia), alongside our domestic China shipments. For other destinations, send your port or city and we will confirm the route and quote it against your equipment size.
- Europe
- EU, EEA and United Kingdom. Power-roller telescopic line is covered by Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (CE, certificate M.2022.06.CB0341, valid to 2027-12-15). Hydraulic lift and telescopic belt lines are not within that CE certificate scope.
- United States
- Standard 220 V / 50 Hz factory supply is compatible with most US industrial installations; 110 V (US) sites require an external transformer, quoted separately (@F018).
- GCC
- Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates. Port expansion programmes across the region; 220–240 V / 50 Hz mains is compatible with our standard factory supply.
- North Africa
- Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia. 220–240 V / 50 Hz mains is compatible with our standard factory supply.
- China (domestic)
- Dispatched from our factory in Dalang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province.
Order to arrival
- Step 1
Configuration and drawings approved
Nothing ships before you have signed off the drawings, including parked and extended lengths checked against your site.
Approved configuration
- Step 2
Build
The unit is manufactured to your dimensions. Long lines are produced in sections, a decision made at this stage because it determines how it can be shipped.
- Section count planned around shipping and your installation access
- Surface material fitted during build for your cargo
- Step 3
Check before dispatch
The unit is reviewed against the approved drawings before it leaves, so what arrives matches what you signed off.
- Step 4
Export packing
Sections are protected and packed for export transit, labelled to match the configuration drawing so installation follows the drawing rather than guesswork.
- Step 5
Dispatch
Shipping method is confirmed for your destination and equipment size, then the shipment leaves with documentation accompanying it.
- Step 6
Arrival and positioning
The unit arrives ready to be positioned at your loading point and handed over with operating guidance.
What decides the shipping method
Size and section count
A single short section and a 15 m multi-section line do not travel the same way.
Destination
Distance, port availability and inland legs all change what is practical.
Weight and packing profile
Heavier hydraulic builds may need different handling from lighter roller sections.
Your deadline
A firm date you must open by rules some methods in and others out.
Handling risk
Fragile finishes and long unsupported spans call for more protection in transit.
Access at your end
What can actually be delivered to your door, not just to your country.
What we need to quote shipping
Give us these and we can quote the route rather than guess at it. The last two are the ones buyers most often forget, and the ones most likely to change a quote.
- Destination port, city and postal code
- Whether the delivery address accepts full-size vehicle access
- Your target in-service date, if you have one
- Which line and configuration you are ordering (or still deciding)
- Any site restrictions: narrow approach roads, height limits, no forklift available
- Whether you need assistance planning installation

Receiving & unpacking
Before anything arrives, check that your installation route still matches the drawings you approved, particularly door height and the route between the delivery point and where the unit will stand. Most installation problems are discovered on arrival day and could have been caught weeks earlier.
Sections are labelled to correspond to the configuration drawing. Have that drawing to hand when the shipment is being unpacked.
Shipping FAQ
How long does delivery take?
Two separate clocks: production lead time is confirmed (Standard production lead time is 7–10 working days for roller lines and hydraulic lift conveyors, and 10–15 working days for telescopic belt conveyors. Custom builds typically take 10–15 working days (roller / hydraulic) or 15–25 working days (belt), depending on complexity. Counting starts the day after prepayment is received; lead time covers manufacture only and excludes transport time, which is quoted separately.), and transport time is quoted per order once your destination, configuration and dispatch readiness are known. We do not fold transport into a single generic delivery promise, because your route decides it.
How are long lines shipped?
Long lines are built in sections specifically so they can be shipped and installed, then retract compactly once in use.
Can you help plan installation?
Yes. Tell us about your access restrictions and whether you have handling equipment on site, and we will factor it into the shipping plan.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to Europe (EU, EEA and the United Kingdom), to the United States, to the GCC (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates), to North Africa (Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia), and domestically within China. For other destinations, send your port or city and we will confirm the route and quote it against your equipment size.
