How We Configure and Deliver Your Conveyor
Every loading application has its own requirements. Our process starts with your operating conditions, then moves through configuration review, specification confirmation, production coordination and shipment arrangements.
- 4 stages
- Drawings for approval
- Built in sections
- Confirmed per order
Why the process is built this way
A loading conveyor touches three things that differ between every building: the height your goods start at, the vehicles you receive, and the space you can give up when nothing is loading. Because no two combinations are the same, we would rather spend time on your measurements up front than ship something that almost fits.
In practice that means the process below is mostly about narrowing down options with real numbers (yours) rather than about paperwork.
The four stages
- Step 1
Share Your Loading Requirements
Tell us how your loading operation works and what the equipment needs to achieve: vehicle and container dimensions, loading height, cargo type and weight, required conveying length, available operating space, expected throughput and destination country. Site photos or drawings are welcome.
- You do not need to know the exact model before contacting us
- Photos of the loading area are more useful than a written description
- The initial information helps us identify what needs to be reviewed

- Step 2
Review the Conveyor Configuration
Our team reviews the information you provide and discusses the applicable equipment options with the manufacturing team when needed: conveyor type, working dimensions, loading height and reach, conveying surface, load and power requirements, and installation constraints.
- Drawings show the parked length and the extended length at your site
- Additional measurements, drawings or photos may be needed before the configuration can be confirmed
- You can check every dimension against your own bay before anything is built
Configuration drawings for approval
- Step 3
Confirm Specifications and Quotation
Before production, review the agreed configuration and commercial terms: equipment dimensions and technical specifications, included accessories, quotation and payment terms, production schedule, inspection arrangements, packaging and shipping scope.
- Specifications are confirmed for the selected equipment before production
- Alternative options are presented where there is a trade-off
- Production proceeds only after the required specifications and order terms are confirmed
Confirmed specifications and quotation
- Step 4
Production and Shipment
Production is coordinated according to the confirmed order specifications, built to your site dimensions rather than assembled from stock modules. Manufacturing is carried out at our own factory; we coordinate specification confirmation, production scheduling and shipping arrangements. Shipping arrangements and estimated delivery schedules depend on the equipment configuration, destination and agreed delivery terms.
- Where the configuration requires it, long lines are manufactured in sections so they can be shipped and installed
- Sections are labelled so installation follows the drawing
- Installation instructions and support scope are confirmed according to the services included in the order

What we need from you
Every one of these inputs changes the machine we would propose. Missing items slow the first stage down but rarely stop it; send what you have.
- Dock height above yard floor, or confirmation that you load from the ground
- Vehicle types and body lengths you receive, including the longest
- Container work: 20 ft, 40 ft, loaded on the dock or from the ground
- Cargo type: bagged, cartons, foam boxes, totes or mixed parcels
- Typical piece dimensions and the heaviest single piece
- Required reach into the vehicle
- Space available for the unit when it is parked
- Available power supply

Process FAQ
Do I need final drawings before I commit?
Drawings are part of the configuration stage, so you can review dimensions and approve them before anything enters build.
Can a very long line be shipped and installed?
Each unit is a non-standard custom build to your site dimensions; long lines are built in sections and retract compactly when not in use.
What if my site conditions change after ordering?
Tell us as early as possible. Because units are built to your dimensions, changes are easiest to accommodate before build rather than after.
How is the unit delivered?
Shipping method and timeline are confirmed per order against your destination and equipment size. See Shipping & Delivery.
Can this integrate with the conveyor I already have?
Often yes. Send details of the existing line (height, width and infeed position) and we will check compatibility.
