Who is responsible for your data
This website is operated by Shenzhen Hualiang Chuhai Technology Co., Ltd.. We are the data controller for personal data collected through it. If anything in this policy is unclear, or you want to exercise a right described in it, contact us by email.
What we collect
We keep collection to what is genuinely needed to answer an enquiry.
Information you submit: name, email address, phone number, country, company name, your requirements and any message you write in the inquiry form.
Technical information: the IP address associated with a submission, used to rate-limit and block abuse of the form.
The inquiry form also contains a hidden field used only to detect automated spam. Anything entered into it is treated as a submission from a bot and discarded.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a configuration or quotation.
To keep a record of what was discussed so we can support you later.
To protect the site against spam and automated abuse.
Our lawful bases are: your consent when you submit the form, our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and (once you order) performance of a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up commercial relationship, and are removed when they are no longer relevant to either. Rate limiting records are kept only briefly for abuse prevention.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email us. If you have a complaint, you may also contact your local data protection authority.
Security & transfers
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure. Because we operate internationally, data may be processed outside your own country; where that happens we take steps to keep protection consistent with this policy.
